Getting to the Maldives is pretty straightforward with many quality carriers stopping once en-route to Male. The most popular airlines tend to be Emirates, Qatar and Etihad who each have a short transit and arrive into your destination at a sensible hour. There are direct flights with British Airways from November to March from Gatwick, but only 3 days per week. The flight time is around 11 hours to Male from London.
Upon arrival in Male we arrange for you to be met by our ground representatives and shown to your domestic flight. The journey time is approx 50 minutes. Upon arrival at Hanimaadhoo Airport you will be transferred by speedboat to Hondaafushi which takes approx 10 mins. We also liaise with the resort to arrange your speedboat and domestic flight transfer back to Male to tie in with your international flights or onward connection.

There are 2 different room categories; Superior Beach Bungalows and Deluxe Beach Bungalows. All villas have large, partially opened bathroom with hot & cold shower, sundeck facing the shore with wooden beach chairs, 4-poster king size bed, satellite TV, mini bar, in-room safe, ceiling fan and air conditioning.

The 40 stand-alone Deluxe Beach Bungalows measure 89 square meters and have a maximum occupancy of 3 adults and 1 child.
Both room types are located on the beach front in the shade of the palm trees, just a few steps from the lagoon. The bright and spacious rooms are exquisitely furnished with modern facilities.
The island’s main restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet style and offers a varied choice of international and local cuisine. The Sunset Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, and serves an a-la cart menu with wide range of dishes. The Sand Bar is located on the beach front and offers a great variety of cocktails, beers, juices, wines and soft drinks.
The resort also has a spa and wellness area with tranquil gardens, swimming pool and sun terrace, library, 24 hour air-conditioned gym, table tennis, darts, beach volleyball and football, as well as a huge selection watersports including a surfing and sailing school, wind and kite surfing, stand-up paddle boarding, waterskiing, wakeboarding, fun tubes, jet skis and canoes.
There are various excursions on offer which include night and morning fishing, island-hopping, dolphin watching and local island visits.

The brand new dive centre is located directly on the beach and offers unlimited house reef diving for certified divers. The house reef is within walking distance from the shore, and allows for fascinating day, night and sun-rise dives where you can spot ghost pipefish, napoleon wrasse, frogfish, turtles, reef sharks, nurse sharks and even manta rays.
Boat diving is done from three dive dhonies which depart daily at 0900 and return at 1430, and offer day trips or 2-tank-dives. Dive sites include Flokati Thila; with pristine hard and soft corals, overhangs, large canyons and resident nurse, whitetip and grey reef sharks, Fish & Friends (Manta Point) where mantas can be seen on the cleaning stations during the north-east monsoon and Shark Hole; where at the reef edge you can hook-in and watch grey reef and silver tip sharks cruise by in the current.
