Indo Siren
Komodo liveaboardThe S/Y Indo Siren is part of the beautiful Siren Fleet of wooden diving yachts that have been designed with divers in mind. Built in 2011, the S/Y Indo Siren is 40m long and consists of 8 twin, well appointed cabins taking 16 divers in total.
During the Komodo season (June – September) the S/Y Indo Siren runs 7 and 10 night trips in the Komodo National Park. This unique area is home to more than 1,000 species of fish, 385 species of reef building corals, 70 species of sponges, 10 dolphin species, 6 whale species, giant sea turtles, dugongs, and various species of sharks and rays, you have the chance to encounter the ancient Komodo dragons, the world’s largest flesh eating lizard.
Guests can enjoy a meal in the open air at the rear of the boat, relax in the air conditioned saloon area, sun bath on the top deck or even get a relaxing massage from the resident masseuse!
The spacious dive deck is at the rear of the boat and each diver has their own dive stations and personal storage drawers as well as camera stations onboard.
All in all the S/Y Indo Siren is a firm favourite in the office with both Chris and Kim having been to Komodo on 7 and 10 night trips. The boat is beautifully crafted and with the added bonus of free hire equipment and Nitrox.
