Mirihi Island Resort

Mirihi is an intimate boutique resort surrounded by palm-fringed white sand beaches and a transparent turquoise lagoon.  With only 37 villas and a barefoot policy throughout the entire resort, you can expect a relaxed atmosphere in luxurious desert island surroundings.

Located in South Ari Atoll, a 30 minute seaplane journey from Male, Mirihi is one of the smallest islands in the Maldives and has a spectacular house reef just a few metres from the shore.

Get some rest
The resort has a total of 37 villas in 3 room types.  All villas include designer furnishing, king size or twin beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, sitting area with CD stereo system & iPod connector, fully stocked mini bar and Nespresso machine with a wide range of coffee blends.

The 6 beach villas are located on the beach front under the shade of palm trees.  They have a private sundeck with sun loungers, open-air bathroom and direct access to the beach.

The 30 spacious water villas are located on the sunset or sunrise side of the island, giving stunning views from the private deck with gives direct access to the ocean.  

The brand new 2-bedroom Overwater Suite is located directly over the house reef and accessed via its own jetty. The Suite consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living area & huge outside deck.

Enjoy your stay
Mirihi has four restaurants; the sand floored buffet restaurant, the Dhonveli, which serves a varied combination of international cuisine and local seafood.  With only 8 tables, the Muraka creates an intimate atmosphere and serves a selection of seafood, lobster and angus beef which you can enjoy whilst watching the sunset from the decked terrace.  The Ruhgandu is a small and unique Wine Lounge housing 300 wines and Champagnes from around the the world.  Private dining is available here and special curry evenings created especially by the resorts Executive Chef.  The Anba Bar is located on the beach and serves light snacks throughout the day.  It is also home to the largest and most comprehensive collection of fine Rum in the Maldives.

The resort has a well equipped gym and fitness centre, yoga and meditation sessions, non-motorised watersports including kayaks, paddleboards, windsurfing and catamaran sailing and award winning spa offering a host of treatments.  There are also many excursions which you can enjoy, such as island hopping, sunset dolphin cruise, sunrise fishing, private movie night on the beach, snorkelling safari and private island picnic.
