Embarking on its maiden voyage in April 2024, the Philippines Aggressor II is a 42m liveaboard providing the upmost in comfort and luxury for 26 guests.

With its expansive cabins, spacious interior and open-air lounges, large dining area and huge sundeck with wet bar, grill and hot tub, there is plenty of space on board to relax on a comfortable sun-lounger or socialise with a cold beer whilst watching the sunset!

The Philippines Aggressor II offers 7, 10 and 11 night itineraries from June to February, exploring the Visayas region, where you can expect to see anything from tiny critters, such as ghost pipefish and waspfish to Thresher sharks, schools of sardines and whalesharks. From March to mid-June the boat heads to Tubbataha Reefs, the UNESCO World Heritage site and home to a huge diversity of sharks, turtles, schools of barracuda, rays and whalesharks.

Getting there
Visayas itineraries:
Cebu is easily reached with one stop from the UK and takes around 16 hours. The most straightforward routing tends to be via Hong Kong, Singapore or Manila with just short transits in each. 

Tubbataha itinerary:
Departs from Puerto Princessa – there are regular flights into Puerto Princessa from both Manila and Cebu airports, with a flight time of just one and a half hours. Flight schedules vary throughout the year.

Guide price: 7nts from £3036pp / 10nts from £4236pp / 11nts from £5964pp
Includes: Accommodation in air-conditioned stateroom, fresh towels, breakfast (cooked to order), lunch and chef prepared meal at dinner with tableside service, fresh mid -morning and mid-afternoon snacks, beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), filled tanks, weights and weight belts.

Not Included: Park Port Fees; Tubbataha 7 & 10 nights: $150 per person. Tubbataha transition trips: $210 per person. Visayas 7 & 10 nights: $105 per person and 10-nights $120, a 12% VAT (Value Added Tax) tax is added to all onboard sales, crew gratuity, international flights, domestic flights, overnight stays.

Accommodation & Facilities
The 13 palatial staterooms all offer en-suite, air-conditioning, personal safes, media player, hairdryer and ample storage space. The 8 deluxe staterooms are located on the lower deck and have panoramic windows giving lots of natural light. 6 of the deluxe staterooms can be made up with either 2 single beds or 1 king size bed, whilst the remaining 2 have fixed single beds. The 5 balcony suites are located on the upper deck and have their own private balcony, along with panoramic windows providing breath-taking views of the marine landscape. 4 of the balcony suites can be made up with either a king or single beds, whilst 1 has a fixed king size bed.

Diving is from one of the custom-made 20ft zodiacs taking groups of 12 divers. The huge dive deck allows for personal tank rack, locker and plenty of room to prepare for your dives.

Dining on board an Aggressor vessel is always at a very high standard. Offering American feasts, barbecues and local cuisine, all tastes are catered for. Snacks are served throughout the day and there is a large beverage selection, including complimentary local beer and wine.

The Best of Visayas islands is a vast area with and home to some of the best scuba diving the Philippines offers. You can choose 7 nights or 10 nights. The itinerary route will be chosen once guests board and is based on weather, sea conditions, and visibility and the favorable route will be chosen.

From soft coral covered walls to black sand dives to Thresher sharks, huge schools of sardines, turtles, schools of jacks and whale sharks. On the macro side there is fascinating critters such as waspfish, ghost pipefish and many other unique bottom dwellers, offering lots of diversity.

Tubbataha: 7 Night Itinerary – Mid March to Mid June

Northern Tip of North Atoll
The northern tip of the North atoll is an area with high diversity of shark species such as blacktips, white tips, grey reef sharks, silky sharks in addition to turtles, rays and whale sharks. The walls have beautiful soft corals, barrel sponges and lots of cleaning stations.

Southern Tip of North Atoll
In this area lies a shipwreck dive site, Malayan Wreck located on an beautiful wall. This shipwreck scuba diving experience includes big animal action with the chance to see dogtooth tuna, giant trivially, different species of barracuda in large schools, turtles, manta rays and almost every kind of native reef fish imaginable.

Northern Tip of South Atoll
This area is known for hammerhead sharks, large pelagics, different species of sharks and reef fish.

Jessie Beazley Reef
This area has pristine coral with an area of branching acropora corals and lots of species of sharks can be seen; hammerheadsharks, silky sharks and even whale sharks.
